Terms of Service

Last updated 5 September 2026

These terms govern use of the ReformCore AndBody website and our follow-along live fitness sessions (delivered on Zoom). By creating an account, booking a session, or taking part, you agree to them.

1. Follow-along format

Sessions are not interactive personal training. Only the instructor has video enabled. Customers join muted, keep cameras off unless told otherwise, and are expected to follow along from their own space. Zoom is provided by a third party; we do not host the live stream on this website.

2. Assumption of risk

Physical exercise, including reformer-style, strength, mobility and similar work, carries inherent risk of injury, illness, property damage and, in rare cases, death. You take part voluntarily. You confirm that you are in a suitable physical condition, have obtained medical advice if needed, will work within your own limits, and will stop if you feel pain, dizziness or distress.

You accept all risks arising from your participation. ReformCore AndBody, its instructors, owners, employees and contractors are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind — including personal injury, health complications, or damage to property — whether caused by following the session, using equipment, the condition of your space, connection issues, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Fitness confirmation

When you create an account you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are fit enough to follow the exercises, and that you accept the risks involved. If that changes, you must not book or attend.

4. Bookings, credits and cancellation

Sessions are booked with credits. Credits purchased via Stripe on this site are added after we verify the checkout session Stripe sends back on return from payment. You may cancel a booking before the session start time; the credit is then returned. We may change or cancel a session (for example if the instructor is unwell) and will return the credit used.

5. Conduct

Do not share Zoom links. Do not disrupt the session. We may remove access if these terms are broken. Accounts are personal; do not share login details.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that English law does not allow to be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or participation in sessions.

Questions: use the studio contact you already have, or the account you created on this site. Creating an account is your electronic signature of these terms. Create an account.
